We at Maton take pride in our quality and craftsmanship and we are continually striving to bring to you the best possible guitar. Unfortunately, being a primarily timber product that can be affected by the environment, it is impossible to honour the manufacturer’s warranty without knowing the final destination of the guitar.
Please note that the sale of a Maton guitar by a re-seller outside of the country boundary of that particular re-seller has the effect of voiding the warranty on that particular guitar.
For any potential warranty issues encountered concerning our guitars, please have it returned to the place of purchase for the warranty process to be initiated.
